Poor service and negligence

In August 2020 i went to Build it for an account and they took a loan for me at Thuthukani loan company which paid to Build it the whole amount of money required for the material i needed....Some of the material was delivered but there was a delay and until today i haven't got all of the material and in November 2020 i went as far as threatening the manager to involve my lawyers if the material left is not delivered and that's how i got my windows and door.... My builders left in September 2020 because of the delivery delay and i had to pay them for the part they've done....my rondavel is leaking because they haven't delivered the top trend...and other roofing materials are damaged as we speak.....the manager is negligent and care less about my complaints concerning their poor service...
