Poor service and lack of communication.

I've purchased doors from built it DTM online, and unfortunately as they were going for delivery the courier guy track was hijacked. Courier guy have been keeping me updated and informed me that they have submitted claims forms to built it, however even today no claim has been submitted from their side. I have been calling built it they keep promising to submit the claim but even now they are not helping or communicating with me its almost a month now since I purchased but I have not receiving my order.
