Poor service and delivery

Build it Hibberdene, the worse service I've ever received, full of lame excuses. I purchased from them last week Tuesday expecting a delivery the same day or Wednesday and the delivery never came went to them and they promised me Friday latest. Around 3 I called as my delivery hasn't arrived yet, they apologized and claimed it was late they were behind on deliveries and they will do it 1st thing Monday morning. It Tuesday and still no delivery and no feedback, just called them and received another stupid excuse from them mind you I have people that were supposed to finish the outside building on Thursday moved them to Monday and still nothing. I regret using building this time I don't know where do they get this level of incompetence and not even thinking about people
