Poor service

I went to Build It in Hammersdale last week to buy a pipe system for my grandparents cause their sink broke. I told one of the people working there what I’m actually looking for and they picked up a pipe and told me it’ll work. When I get to my grandparents house and try the pipe it doesn’t fit ! I go back with the slip etc to try exchanging it and the floor manager was so rude. So slick and was showing off , told me “ngikupha lona ngoba selivuliwe” (I’m gifting it to you since it’s opened). My thing is, it was sold to me by one of the guys AT build it named Likhona. If this is how you treat people you won’t last in our area , you underestimate the power that one person has.
