Poor service

Disgusted service and not getting back with feedback. Bought building material June 2023 for R69 000 and only half the material was delivered. I went to the manager Damian Solomons and he told me my case was escalated to the area manager because he must sign tit off since the employees that was working there 2023 resigned . Damina also informed me his stock controller knows about my case. After walking to the Caledon store for months without any success I've asked Damian Dominic's number. The stock controller, Dominic contacted Francois Cillier, the area manager Monday 1 July 2024 and he told her he will come back to me. still up until today 06 July 2024 no feedback. I want my money back because it is more than 6months ago and still no progress. I want to finish my house but they are the reason for the hold up. I would never recommend Build Caledon it to anyone. Sies!
