**** Poor Service

I have bought a few doors from build it almost two weeks ago which they need to getting stock first. Yesterday I tried finding their phone number via a simple google search which only bought up the details for the Kuilsriver branch. I eventually had to phone the Kuilsriver branch to get the number for the Brackenfell branch. I tried phoning them to enquire about the delivery cost and possible eft options saving me a trip to the branch. After trying a few times with no one answering the phone I eventually made the trip during my lunch time. Paid the delivery fee and gave them my details as requested. Later that afternoon I received a phone call saying they were at my address to deliver the goods. To which my response was that no one had yet contacted me to confirm what date let alone what time the delivery wold occur. So these guys just assume one sit at home all day waiting for deliveries and pitch whenever they feel like. In this same conversation we confirmed delivery between 12:15 and 12:45 today. Again I made the trip in my lunch time. The delivery guy never showed up and no communication has yet been received as to what the reason for this was or to reschedule another time. After getting back to work I again tried phoning the branch to find out why the delivery did not occur and again nobody answers the phone. After a few calls with only an answering machine on the other end HP looks like he only place to voice my frustration. For anybody out there trying to decide if they should go with Build It or pay the slightly higher prices at Builders Warehouse across the road take it from me. Pay the money instead of having to get ****ed around by Build It where communication means nothing and everyone is on a paid holiday. Quite frankly I am surprised these guys are still around with economic times being as tough as they are. Competitive pricing alone is not going to keep that boat afloat for ever. So keep up the **** service. I'll be in later to get back the delivery fee and try and organise a pickup of my stock myself.
