Poor quality

Last year I replaced our kitchen tap and now I see the new one (dont know if knew is the right word) is starting to drip water again, same as the old one. This was done a few months ago so you cant even tell me it is overused or it is the right time to replace it, because I didnt anticipate this, I didnt keep the til slip. Please stock good quality products.
