POOR POOR POOR VERY POOR SERVICE AT DEREDPARK BRANCH BUILD IT

If I could give a 0 rating to this branch and even less I would. I ordered paint from them. The incorrect color paint was provided and it is a issue to get the matter sorted. I am dealing with an *********** representative who does not understand the issue and eish me all the time... why should a client be treated like this? Losing over R3200.00 in labour on a day because their supplier was in error and liability or assistance or understanding seems like to be a big problem at this branch? I will not recommend them at all.. You will save yourself a lot of stress and drama and eish words when not purchasing from them guaranteed!
