Poor poor poor service

On the 19th August i bought building material at Klerksoord of over R26 000 and the lady that was assisting her name is Sinah promised that all material will be delivered by Sunday. Same day Bui sand and bricks were delivered, the next day we started with the foundation but i had to buy cement from the nearest shop because when i followed up i was advised that cement was going to be delivered on Sunday ( failed to understand why bui sand and bricks were delivered the same day but they failed to deliver cement) On Sunday the 22nd all material was delivered except for Aluminum bathroom window and Two packets of Nail wire, we were advised that the rest of the material will delivered the next day. As we speaking now, i havent received my window and nails, i have been calling for follow up and they sending me pillar to post. I was building a Garage and the money that i paid to the guys that were building included installing the windows and now that they are done i have to hire and pay someone again to install my bathroom window. I am not happy, i was really inconvenience and no one i calling to provide feedback whatsoever, i have to be the one calling the shop. I spoke with the Manager Vernar and he promised that my window will be delivered by last week Friday, that never happened, i then spoke with another lady who is the assistant manager and that was last week Friday and she promised delivery on Tuesday however i am still waiting. Its not fair for me a customer to be financially inconvenienced, first i had to buy cement because of their delay, then i had to buy nails because haven't delivered as yet and now i have to pay someone to install my bathroom window. I don't want a refund, i want the shop to hire a person to come to my house and install the bathroom window, refund will be of not use as i already lost a lot of money and i cannot afford to pay anything.
