Poor display information and poor online presence

I tried to obtain information online on windows for sale, either nationally or in each franchise store but could only see items from 2020 (the last time the website was updated). Even those on your website had no measurements. Furthermore, Flagstaff (where we wish to buy) does not appear on your dropdown list of stores in the Eastern Cape. I went to the Build-It branch in Pinetown (KZN), adjacent to the Magistrates Court, yesterday. Many windows had no sizes displayed. It was difficult to know what was an outside and inside door - there was no info displayed. One big lot of outside doors (I had to ask!), stored near the till, looked good but had no price displayed, I also asked for a catalogue so I could look and make a final decision on windows at home. There was none available. I do not see why I have to leave my home to find out what's in stock, and furthermore to look for a sales representative to get the most basic of information on stock and prices. I will never use a Build-It store if there is an alternative available. My cousin wanted some items in your Flagstaff store. She only uses Build-It in Flagstaff as there is no Cashbuild there (the nearest is in Lusikisiki).
