Poor customer service

I opened an account to put money in it and they **** and said the card can swipe any build it as long as it is in SA(pure lie) now I have requested my cash back so that I can use to purchase on the nearest build it store, since the 29th may 2020, today is the 15th June 2020,i haven't received my money or any response from Build it. Visited store more than 4 times already with no luck and they refused me with number for their manager since they are unable to assist me.
