Poor customer service
My name is Innocentia, currently residing in Aliwal North, i bought the wrong size tap, upon returning it, the manager of build it in Aliwal North "Ms Jana Labuschagne" refused to provide with my refund as I was told that my packaging was spoiled, I asured her that the package was damaged already when I bought it, I even went to the shelfs with her to confirm their current packaging, as poor as it was, she told me they will fix theirs but refused to take mine. Very disappointed customer for poor service.
