Poor Customer service and VERY Rude Manager

I went to Built It (Umphakathi Square Randfontein) on the 27th Dec 2022 to buy some tiles and when I got there I spent about 15mib looking around without any assistance Eventually I got what I wanted, there was a price with a pile of Tiles underneath which was advertised for R189 per box Then I called for assistance after a very long time being there A lady came then I showed her what I was looking for she told me that is a wrong price and these are not the tiles selling for that price and the code is also wrong I told her that I don't know anything about the price I am only shopping with the price that is advertised she then called a Manager(Darlington) who also told me the very same thing I told the manager that this is wrong CPA says I must pay the price I am seeing and I even took a picture immediately so that I have a proof. He was very RUDE and.said he won't give it to me I even said to him he must just apologize as this was wrong and he was also very reluctant to apologize. Clearly he sees himself superior than customer coming into his store He really need a training about CPA
