Poor customer service and false advertising

I've never felt so ridiculed and unrecognised as a customer. I took hours off during my shift at work to go buy the facia unpressed board that appeared on the store opening catalouge. The price on the catalouge was R84.99 per facia board yet In the store I was quoted R129.90. I was told to wait for the stock pertaining to that price to arrive in store yet the very exact product is available and in stock. I called their customer care line to lodge a complaint and I was told they would get back to me 2hours ago. The manager in store dismissed with no effort to correct their mistake or incorrect pricing and actually find a workable solution for me.this happened at built it in Thabong shopping centre,sebokeng
