Poor customer service
On the 25 October I visited your branch at Kwamhlanga crossroad and I had a smooth shopping , did my quotation but I was unfortunately denied a free delivery by the manager however I left the store happy.I again went today the 27 October to finish what I had done a quotation on and the service dropped from 60 to -0. The lady (Nthabi) who was assisting me , OMG!!! She had so much attitude towards me I unfortunately had to calm myself because I was with my parents. The way she spoke to me it’s as if she did not want to assist.
First time in the store and already I get chills to go back !! Poor service I received today.
