Poor customer service

My name is Junia Mokhine from Daveyton, I have a query with Build it Majuteng in Daveyton. I bought a Safari Pivot 12 panel wild cherry door that costs R5 499, on the 15/05/2024, with the other building materials, as the building materials was too much, I was told that I can leave the other building materials and only take what the builder will need, indeed I did that, the only material that was left behind was, the door, aluminium window, plastering sand and roller door for the garage.

Now today 17/07/2024 when I went to collect the remaining items i.e. the door, aluminium window, plastering sand roller door for the garage, I was told the door has been sold, and the supplier has shut down, am disappointed because how can they sell the door whilst I have paid for it, I was opted to take the one that cost R8 699 with the discount of R1000, I don't have money, all I want is the door I have paid for, how can they sell items that has been already paid for,I'm really disappointed with their services and the lady that told me this, has a bad approach to this predicament, I'm am very very disappointed with their services.
