Poor and Unprofessional Service
What a poor and unprofessional service I received from Buildit Lywood branch. From the guy at the till to the manager of dispatch. I order and paid for building materials including transport. I had to request my money back and only after a month that some of my items were delivered. Inbetween while I am waiting, no one called me to let me know what the cause of the delay was. They only promise to get back to me and never did. For a whole four weeks. Please work on your internal systems. It is embarassing to say the least.
