Poor and disappointing service delivery

Poor Delivery Service

Very unhappy and annoyed with the service, i have bought tiles cash on the 06 September and i have since been waiting for delivery, they only delivered half a truck 2/3 weeks back and still waiting for my full delivery, mind you i have guys building and in need of all this material

Again another payment was made in full a week ago for timbers to be delivered, it is now over a week and still nothing, all of this was paid in cash, over 82K spent for such unsatisfactory service

My parents have to sleep in a half open house as the roof and some part of the wall has been taken off, its been windy cold, dusty not mentioning the crime as my parents are now exposed... and if it rains trust me you will be liable for every damage that will be incurred due to your poor service, I'm the one who has to call the store every day as well as the head office who just hanged up twice on me now because they want to knock off

I need my delivery done ASAP

Hi, as mentioned above it is Build-It Bochum, Senwabarwana, after my complaint i only received 1 call from someone I'm guessing is the manager and i have been promised delivery since and to date i have been fighting telephonically with this people, even Solly the sales person kept promising delivery and still nothing, i have called this morning and was told delivery is being done in the morning nd till now there is nothing, now they are not even answering my calls... this is so disgusting after spending so much money, i paid cash for my roof tiles over a month ago and delivery is not happening, you either deliver now or refund me my money, what a waste... i would never recommend anyone to you guys or even use you ever again
