Pinetown build have very bad customer service

Build it pinetown is the worst place to go to have very bad customer service and if you don't see the product is broken and when you go to your job site and see it's broken and you go back to show them it's broken they say it's you who broke it. You can see it's a old break because there was rust on the metal where it was broken. It's the first time I hear the policy where it say the ( WHEN THE PRODUCT LEAVE THE PREMISES ITS LEAVE IN GOOD FAITH) so they say if you miss something it's your fault and not the security who must have check the staf before it leave the store. Build it pinetown must just close it's doors unprofessional staff and the staff and managers things they are better then you
