Pay back the money for deliveries not fulfilled Build Mercury!!

Build it Mercury does not deserve even a single star. Build it Mercury closed down without fulfilling my order and my money is not being paid back. Its been months and this has caused so much stress in my life Im so disappointed at the way the Build it Mercury closure has been handled by Build it head office. When the store closed I had bought sand to plaster my house. I waited for delivery for a month and half only to be told that the store had closed or its under business rescued. No communication what so every. I've been communicating with the head office regarding my refund and it seems no one knows a way forward. Does anyone know what we need to do or go to get assistance. I need my money very urgently.
