Pathetic service build it sesifikile rustenburg

Bought a geyser from build it sesifikile in Rustenburg and only to find out that it has a factory fault, took it back to the store and told to take it back home and reinstall it,who has that time and energy. We were attended by a very rude lady who actually threw the slip in our car and told us to leave with the geyser and turned back her back on us really is that what customer service looks like at build it?? shocking the least to say. We were told the geyser has warranty and it can be brought back if there's issues but surprisingly now we are told their plumber needs to go check when it has been reinstalled but really nobody mentioned those terms and conditions to us so why should we be subjected to such now. I asked the rude lady where are those terms and conditions stated on the slip she couldn't answer me she just left. I left the geyser there with the slip and told me I need my money back ,I went to their competitors and bought another geyser and I'm happy with it so I really need this branch to deposit my money. I don't even know the rude lady's name as his staff refused to tell me what her name is because they saw how bad she treated us. If we were told transparently the terms and conditions before finalisation of the sale we would have known what awaits should we have a problem but I refuse to be held ransom by some hidden and ***** conditions. If the rude lady is the owner or manager she really needs to be made aware that she is in business because of us customers as currently she treats customers like trash
