Pathetic service Build it

Build It DTM in Actonville is a terrible store to shop in. They constantly have specials but rarely actually have any stock. On more than one occasion I called the store as it is not close to me, they confirmed that stock is available only to find out that there is no stock when you get to the store. My latest issue is that I purchased a toilet set from build it. After installing the toilet We found that the toilet had a leak due to a manufacturer defect. I called the store within two days of purchasing the toilet, they refused to swap the toilet and insisted on getting a copy of the plumbers qualifications. Then I was told that the supplier will contact me. A week later the supplier arrived at my house and also insisted that the toilet was installed incorrectly. After testing the toilet, the supplier admitted that the toilet had a defect. 3 days later after the initial visit the supplier arrived with the replacement toilet. After further inspection I noticed that the defect existed on the replacement toilet aswell. I refused to take the replacement as I had enough of the back and forth and needed to finish my renovations. I was informed by the supplier that Build it DTM will credit me. I then contacted Build it DTM and they now started to give me the run around and stating that I refused the replacement toilet. Remember I am covering the cost every time my plumber has to come out. How many times am I expected to go back and forth with this toilet. Safia from Build it DTM has a terrible attitude and the staff act as if they are doing you a favor, no customer service at all. If you dont want problems avoid BUILD IT DTM IN ACTONVILLE. TERRIBLE STORE AND TERRIBLE STAFF.
