Pathetic customer service - they ***** your money

Build it vredenburg has pathetic customer service. I was absolutely discusted with how they can ***** your money and feed you lies. I bought 2 waterloo toilet system by them on 25 April and it did not work on my toilets. I took it back to them 2 days later and the manager took 45 minutes showing me YouTube videos of how to install it. I told her that I had installed it correctly as I am a water engineer by profession, but she still requested that I send her photos and did not want to give my money back. I returned to the store after another 2 days and demanded that they take the products back and give my money back. The manager Chrystle took the products but said she could not give my money back, I had to take something else. I looked around, but did not see anything I was interested in taking so I asked for my money back again. Again the manager told me they do not do cash refunds at the store. Another 2 days after that I was back at the store and asked to speak to the area manager. The manager Chrystle told me they did not have one. Then I asked to speak to the owner and she would not give me his contact details. I then called build it customer care and they emailed my complaint to the owner and told me to give him 3 working days to respond. It has more than 3 working days and I have not received any response from him
