Pathetic customer service

I went to the Build It store in Bothasig 17/03/18 to buy a curtain rod and associated fittings as well as a few other items. As per usual, not one of the items had a price on them. I have heard numerous excuses for lack of pricing over time - it is actually pathetic and annoying. In this case, one of the items could not even be found on their system!!, so the salesman told me I cannot buy the item. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not there... I asked if they could phone another branch to get the pricing and was told "No". Not once did anyone take the initiative to say they would keep the last two of these items, find out the price and then contact me. The cashiers do not greet a person. This is a very badly run and managed branch with zero customer service. Needless to say, I put everything down and left the store.
