NON COMPLIANCE TO POPI ACT AND UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AGENT

BRONKHORSTPRUIT branch a terror and unprofessional. I arrived on the 29 May 21 and asked assistance if they have credit facility for building material. The other lady called Marcia as she was chatting with a friend more than twice to attend me and I explained and she only requested my ID and said she is checking if I qualify and she requested my salary slip, bank statement and advised after few minute I qualified for the credit and gave the amount. I agreed and she said I may go we will confirm as I bring the house plan to buy the material with that credit. Zanele/Marcia never said she was not working for build it and only today I receive a call from someone called Anna asking for my ID number as she is referred by build it she was from Thuthuka finance which I knew nothing about. I requested Anna to send me the email to proof she is working with or for build it cause I left my details with the branch she was very rude and wanted my Id NUMBER I refused and insist she sent me email verifying it was legit as nobody told me I WILL get called by third party despite me giving my information to Marcia in build it. I sent voice message to Marcia in build it asking explanation why was my personal information sent without my consent and now she is rude refuse to sent me email why she sent out my information without my consent. I also request information which explains they use third party to give the building material credit facility. I told her of the POPI act my concern as failure to share my personal information. Now she does not want to issue me with proof they legally work with Thuthukani. Marcia is now sending me whatsup messages saying she is not working for build it. What happens to safety on my personal details which it is alleged was share to third party or ******* of it. I found Marcia in build it and the staff in build it advised me of her handling accounts why now third parties not explaining how they work and disclose information but does not comply with POPI act.
