No stock

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at build it Idutywa.I bought corrugated iron 3.6 on the 10/07/2026,and I was told that they are out of stock but they will receive them next week Wednesday.I have been calling them since July its a month full now and they always telling me that they are waiting for them and they will call me back,but never called I am the inly one calling them.I phoned them today requesting a refund because I really need them my project is on pause now,I was told that I will wait for two weeks and I must bring confirmation letter from the bank….Why confirmation letter now when I want my money because they never asked for it by the time I was paying🤔The treatment that we get after paying is not good at all even the employees are bored when answering the phone because my money is with them,I am just a **** of **** now…..I will never go buy there in my life🤞all I want is my money or corrugated iron!!!!
