No Service Delivery, once I paid for stock

Purchased building material from Build It, Mitchells Plain. It was not delivered on time and then when delivered, not the entire order was delivered. I was paying for builders waiting at my house doing nothing!!<br> phoned the store and spoke to Si****(Salesman), Lesley(Dispatch Clerk), Nadiem(Manager), got nothing but lies to put it bluntly, because what they told me EVERY time I called them, once the builders confirmed no stock was delivered, was that the stock is: \The stock is there and will be delivered in the next hour or it is on its way to me in the next 15 minutes or that they had a 3rd party deliver it and that he most probably got lost"<br> They also never called back to update me"
