No follow up

I ordered material and there were 4 boxes which were said to be out of stock in December. They promised that new stock will be delivered in January, after calling them trying to find out when I will get the 4 boxes of tiles they eventually said they are sending it. They delivered the wrong tiles and since then no one has called me with feedback from last conversation. I am utterly disappointed because I have to keep following up and no one is showing concern. I requested that they call their supplier and get the boxes delivered and there is no response about that still. We have already used the other boxes and there is space left which needs to be filled up with those tiles. It's over a MONTH now!! Since we have been waiting.
