No delivery

09/10/2024 I purchased from build it Melmoth it was around 12 midday. Asked for delivery and was referred to Duma of which I guess he is the transport manager. He promised to deliver on the same day or next day 10/10/2024. Nothing was delivered till now. I phoned the store ,Duma told me there is no delivery schedule for Thubalethu until Saturday. I reminded him on the promise he made, he said "but things changed " of which I don't understand that statement. My people are getting paid by the day they spent on the site ,now I have 2 full days to pay for nothing. The distance from melmoth town to Thubalethu is 5km ,I really think build it deliveries are unfair. You can't keep me waiting on such a short distance, who ever doing route plans must be some who can't apply his mind properly. For that matter they dont have 1 truck ,I'm so disappointed on this it means they don't prioritize local customers. We should also stop buying from them period!
