No deliver on promises!...which I paid for!

We ordered material on Monday 26/03/2017 and ranged(...and paid) for it will be delivered first thing the next morning (27th). With this being said, we, the clients, make arrangements for labour which is an extra cost even though there is no work to be done due to no material!!!

Where is our things that we paid for??? Time is money!! Poorest service!!!
