Hello Peter I'm writing this review because I am very disappointed by this company called Build it hardware in Estcourt These people are ****ming customers I'm sure what they did to me they also do it to others

I went to this hardware store hoping to make a quotation and purchase Marley roof tiles but instead I was given wrong brand On the quotation and invoice the brand of tiles is not stated and the quality is this thing they delivered to my house it's totally different from what I was looking for. The lady that was assisting me with quotation and sales and invoicing I told her very clearly what I wanted But it wasn't brought to my attention that they did not have what I needed so they decided to **** me and deliver whatever it is that they deliver to my house and I don't want it

Up on recognizing this error I than contacted the manager Mr Mohammed and then he directed me to the supplier of that thing that they delivered to my house I'm not sure why I ended up even dealing with supplier coz this is not the brand I wanted On top of that these people sent someone to review the site who came with and attitude and not only focused on what he came for but he criticized everything about my entire building of which was unnecessary for him to do that coz I only want my money back

At this point I'm going to give this company 72 hours fix this error or I'm taking this further I need everything that was delivered to my house collected and refunded urgently
