MATERIAL NOT DELIVERED WITHIN THE PROMISED TURNAROUND TIME.

I have had such a terrible shopping experience with these guys for the first time ever in my life. I had purchased the material and I was told that I will have all the material delivered within a week. It came to my shock that until today only few items that have been delivered so far and there has been no form of communications or whatsoever .Instead I am the one who has been chasing them for the past two weeks and all i get are empty promises. I am fed up and very upset , this is totally unacceptable and poor service delivery. I would appreciate you help in getting this resolved.
