Material not delivered in time

Hi My name is Mpume Majiya I am very disappointed with Mkomaas build it. I bought building material on 28 May,they dilivered the material but lentels and brickforce was never delivered I contacted one of the employee several times he even gave me Manager's contact number but I did not get hold of the Manager. On Monday 2020-06-22 I asked my builder to go and collect the property i even paid petrol for his car when he arrived he spoke with the store manager who became very rude. The Manager told my builder that they don't have trucks to deliver. Their service is pathetic and I was looking forward to buy a roof material but I don't think I can be able as they don't treat their customers well.Thank you.
