Manager Mr Rivaro

This is the second time I have a concern, and the manager Mr Rivaro did not do anything but making excuses. His he does not know some of his products well, and does not look interested to help at all. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. My concerns was vary valid. 1. I have purchase the underlay for the laminate floor from other stores previously and never had a problem with the correct square meters, he includes the overlay plastic as part of the sqrs that resulted in the wrong amount less 2 sqm, he insisted that he they right and I had to pay again. 2. Yesterday I bought burglars bars for aluminum window, one cannot see the rivit as it is hidden in the tube, on opening the pack at home there was only 1 instead of 4, he just told me he can't help me out because the suppliers are closed and again I had to pay extra for a product I already paid for. At this rate your shop will soon have to close its doors.
