Lies and *********** Staff.

We are Johannesburg people but from Port Alfred and we wanted to build a house in Port Alfred. So we decided to drive down to Port Alfred to get the project going... Arranged a contractor and material, but Build It in Port Alfred *****ed up the whole thing.

We wanted about R35 000.00 (which we did not know that it will be that much thanks to their *********** staff) material. After going back and forth to the store because of wrong calculations on the quote, we ended up paying R30 000.00 for the material. We were advised that the material will be delivered in two to three days...which never happened until we complained.

After complaining to the Customer Care, Thanks to Tamara, Frank sent string of emails not even knowing what our complain was about. Like what kind of manager just hold our material that we paid for in full and still say we haven't paid?

A week later, Frank did not communicate and still have not delivered about 500 bricks and 4 door frames. As if that was worse, the sales assistant guy who did a quote for us only orders 200 stock bricks instead of 2000 (four palettes) bricks. Now we are 1800 (R4 852,17) bricks short.

To this days, we still have received short material.

What nonsense service is that.
