Late attitude and bad attitude

Was treated badly by Phakiso. Who was supposed to deliver my material on Yesterday as per promise which I got from the shop. No body informed me that they were unable to keep their promise of delivery, at around 15h00 a driver came to deliver my plaster sand WITHOUT the bricks of which there was no logic there, since plaster sand I use last. When I called they said I should talk to Phakiso. I remembered him since he assisted me with a quote and I asked him why my material hasn't been delivered yet. He told me that when I came to purchase I should have asked for him and my material would have been delivered. I was deeply annoyed by the statement of which even to this moment i don't understand why he said it. All I expected from Build IT was good customer service. under no circumstance would I come to buy his EGO which wants me to come and report to him when I want to buy .I didn't know there's a rule which says I should report to him anyway. I'm not even a customer that he hunted I was there because I was referred by my builder who is also disappointed by the service.
