Incomplete order

I bought 8 geysers and geyser trays and other things from Build it Katlehong. They delivered the geyser trays without adaptors and geysers were also delivered without drain corks and temperature release valves. These accessories were included in the purchase but now they want me buy them again. All I want is for them give me accesories due to me or come take their geysers and refund. People in the shop don't seem to know what they are doing.
