How can this be

Back in March I bought building material from Build it in Oberholzer I paid everything in cash they delivered bricks and sand due to lock down they could not continue with the rest of the delivery now that everything went back to normal I called and asked them to continue with the rest of the delivery they say while the country was on lock down prices increased so I must pay them an additional R5600 even though I already paid them in full
