Horrible treatment

I had a very terrible experience with kwaggafontein build it I bought a water pump on the 26 of July since then it has never worked Tried returning it the manger there is a nightmare He refused to exchange the faulty pump Instead tried to change the parts himself (don’t know if he’s qualified to do that ) He tried fitting parts of another brand meaning I’d have a pump with different brand parts I refused it It was changed again But the pump is still not working meaning they sold me a pump that has no garantee now I’m stuck with the pump I can’t use The manger is rude Kwaggafontein build it they r good wen ur buying after that ur on ur own
