Horrible experience

Built it Letaba cross Tzaneen in Limpopo ,the worst service in the area .I bought 8 palettes ,5 maxis and 3 cement stock which were delivered on time the next day .When my builder came through to start the work he advised me to exchange the 3 palettes cement stock with the maxis which i then contacted the store for help and they agreed to exchange but then they can only give me 2 palettes and use the third one to pay for transport which i had no problem with .Now is been 4 days since i have been waiting for my delivery because the manager name Samson keep telling me he has no transport everyday when he is schedule to deliver the bricks .Now ( 06/08/25) he is asking me to help him look for transport ,really what kind of a service is this .......Sam is really a bad manager and he is also rude telling me that he cant do nothing until he can get a transport whenever the guys decide to pitch .I am now really regrating buying this stock from Build it when there are other hardware stores around me
