High Risk Gas Seller

I am writing to make South african citizens aware of a serious issue regarding the tampering with my gas bottle (canister) at Build it Majutene, Hardware that is located in Daveyton Benoni. Yesterday, when I visited the store to have my gas bottle refilled, I discovered that it had been tampered with and was leaking profusely.

Despite my concerns, the employee who assisted me dismissed the issue by pouring water on the bottle and claiming it was fine. When I insisted that the bottle was leaking and posed a significant risk, the employee identified himself as an authority in gas bottle repairs and maintenance. However, I found this response unacceptable given the potential danger involved.

As a result of the tampering and unsafe condition of the gas bottle, I no longer feel comfortable using it and have requested a new gas bottle (canister). Additionally, I am seeking a refund for the refill payment I made yesterday since I did not come for repairs but a simple refill.

This matter should have been investigated promptly to prevent any further incidents of this nature. The safety of consumers should be a top priority, and I trusted that appropriate action would be taken to address this issue but it seems my concern fell on deaf ears.
