On the 21/01/2021 I went to Build it Zeerust to buy plumbing materials. On the 25/01/2021 when I went through the receipt I realised I was charged for things that I did not buy and went back on the 26/01/2021 to have them refunded and they refused and was told that everything that I bought was ticked on the till slip and I tried to explain to the manager that I did not buy or receive those things. The till checker saw that I was not paying attention when she was checking the goods and took the advantage to de***** me. They are Pressure control 100 KPA LACTO and Valve relief 100KPA Lacto they all amount to +-R800. So it looks like the cashier and the till checkers are de*****ing the customers by charging them things they did not buy and they know they gonna refund them back to themselves and share the money amongst themselves. And if their cameras are working I want them to check if indeed I received those things because I did not get them.
