***** loan

30 May 2017 i opened a building loan material account from lendcor at build it with the amount of R24261.00,,,i was helped by a woman called lizzy,,,it was approved, due to not having money i delayed to take the material,aftr i got paid i asked my mother to go n do quations,wen my mother was done doing quation, my mother was told that i already took the material(i used my loan)...the woman who went to take the material she used an **** ID copy,and wen i opened my account i used an smart card id,the employees of buildit they helped her with an id copy...i went to the store the manager of buildit refused to show us the camera footage he even told me theres nothing he will help me i must report the matter to Lendcor offices,i reported the matter to the police,i did affidavit,i even hv case number,they were deducting the money every month until i started to reserve the money every month,they said they will do investigations even now,i even reported the matter to VVM...now i cannot open any accounts nor loans because of Lendcor n buildit,,it even ruined my credit score,,,its stressing me alot please help me
