***** and negligence

I write this review with a heavy heart as I have experienced bullism and inequality versus ******. I had requested a quotation from Libode Built it on Sunday the 2/10/2022 seeing that I needed some building material yet 2 my surprise as I went 2 purchase the material the following day which was the Monday of the 3rd of October the amount was over by almost that R9000. I had queried this and the reply I got was that they don't know how my quotation was calculated and they cannot do anything about it as their Head was not around. I have been up and down since with my case not being solved worse part they are not irritated by me. The Manager of the store cannot even talk 2 me as he is too educated or at a greater level 2 deal with people of my caliber. Up until 2day nothing has been resolve yet they have my money and my material and for them business is usually. I have had builders at my house for a full week 7 days 2 be specific and they can't move or do anything hence there is no material. I am now occurring more cost because of their negligence I no one gives a Da... I have requested them to give me my full refund and they bluntly refuse without reasoning. I feel that as black people we are still being manipulated by the white majority that is heading the businesses within our rural areas . They very rude and don't know how to speak with clients in a proper manner instead they treat us like their helpers and home with no respect. This is my 1st step and I'm willing to take further as I want my money which will now include all the expenses that I have incurred for the past week. I would like the store manager Malcom to account for this and if not I will being sicking the legal route and trust me I'm willing to take it further perhaps in that way he will understand that Build it is a business and not his house.
