Falls advertising

On the 14th of November I drove about 40km to kabokweni builden to purchase a Fan that was on an advertising pamphlet, the was a fan called 40cm pedestal fan with remote which was on special on a value of R199. I got the fan but when I pay it the taller told me the fan is R499 and they refused to sell it to me and the manager Vincent failed to help me when I confronted him with my problem.
