Failing to resolve Barcode problem

I am writing today as an unhappy customer. went to your store at Njaka-Njaka Build it as they are running Clearance sale on selected products,Unfotunatly the item I wanted did not have price nor barcode and I went to a till to pay but the help and response I got from Advocate Maswanganyi and her fellow stuff was nasty and un professional. She told me I rather drive back home as they don't have price for the item I wanted to buy or else I must pay normal price on the item that is on sale.iv asked them to call the manager for me but they told me he is on lunch I must wait for him to come back. One of the stuff came to us to with a name tag Risi Maluleke where he told us we feel we better and customer is always right is an old style ,he added we can somer call Stanly Makondo to report and he is nothing to him, also added Stanly Makondo does not own the store and he won't do anything. We do not have any idea who Stanly Makondo is.we waited in the store close to an hour to pay 1 item and thanks to Sigebe as he came to rescue
