Exchange

Hi it purchased a item(locker) at build it sterkspruit store, however ther locker wasn't the right size so I went to make an exchange at store. The manager didn't want me to exchange the item because the packaging is not on its original form. There are items at the store which are not in its original packaging and are taped. I've brought items myself with a white taped on its packaging however the item inside is the correct size and in condition. I'm not happy with in inconsistency of the manager with regards to exchanges done on items which are not in packaging original form.
