I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the team at Built It R&S in Nuffield Springs. From the very beginning, Thabo showed remarkable patience and professionalism, guiding me through the process even when my paperwork was incomplete. His kindness made me feel valued and never like I was wasting his time.
When I finally made my purchase in February, Ishan, the store manager, kept his word and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He consistently checked in on me, making sure I was satisfied and that my deliveries arrived exactly as requested.
Both Thabo and Ishan truly stood out for their dedication and customer care, and I am grateful to the rest of the team for their support as well.
