EXCELLENT SERVICE

We had quite a big purchase at Build It Mercury in Brakpan. I paid with my card, but the till had a problem and we had to re-swipe at another till. The next day I realized the purchase went through twice. I contacted them and IMMEDIATELY they attended to my problem. I had my money back the same day I reported. I always buy from Build It Mercury - they are open when others arent. There is one salesman that always attend to us no matter what department. When he notice us he is there to assist. The garden department has the same positive and nice staff. Nice shop, nice staff. I compliment the Owner and Managers. A nice place to get your supplies. Their prices are very competitive. It takes a while to get out the door because they are quite thorough in checking every item - but I suppose that is how it should be done. Thoroughly. Thanks to a great team of people. It's hard to find good service these days. It is always a pleasure shopping at Buit-It Mercury
