Don't buy your boards from Build it....

Richards Bay... I bought some white melamine board last week and paid for the 4 boards, the cutting and edging of the boards as separate costs. So i own all 4 boards and any pieces left over. When i went to pick up, they had no off cuts, i asked the guy and he said that he doesn't know. Looking at the plan there was supposed to be some left over melamine board. I am not happy, they are probably taking everyone' s offcuts, and using it for other orders and charging for a full board. What also stops them from inflating the number of boards required knowing that they are keeping all the pieces?

Ill never order melamine and cutting from you again.
